The jug's origin is african. The base and decorative stands are European and were added.

This by Egyptian art inspired exceptional retour d' Égypte object was designed to contain cigars. It is decorated with a pharaoh head, cobras, scarabs with feathered wings, winged solar discs (uraei) and lotus flowers. The handles are elephant shaped.

This table decoration is a Fiedler challenge trophy in cast zinc with two cut glass inserts. The centre part is decorated with two sculpted lion heads and surmounted by a striding lioness.
